Service Delivery Administrator

**Job purpose**
To support the office function within the Axil Cannock office by learning and carrying out tasks split into two categories:
1 - Service Delivery: This is a customer service function and will be the primary duty of this role. High levels of customer service are vital to Axil and a key to our success. This role is pivotal to ensuring our customers requirements are met.
2 - Administration: Gathering collections data and processing through our systems in order to raise and pass for payment invoices.
**Principal duties and responsibilities**
- To be the first point of contact for our customers
- Provide end to end waste brokering / collection service, from; customer order through to confirmation of customer satisfaction following job completion.
- Raise consignments for transfer of hazardous waste and print labels
- Aftersales care where necessary.
- To develop positive customer relations to ensure long term and repeat business.
- Co-ordinate the collection of waste from customer locations
- Gather supplier collection data
- Assist the team with scanning, filling and checking of paperwork
- Process data through our systems
**Hours of Work**
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. (9am-5pm)
**Salary = **£23,600
