Service Administrator

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Cannock Office reporting to the Service Manager. This position plays a key role within the business and is responsible for the generation of all service invoicing and ensuring that the relevant in-housedatabases are up to date with all service contract information.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and maintain work schedules and service routes for engineers
- Collect timesheets and job sheets from engineers and distribute for approval
- Being the key contact between field based engineers and the office team
- Entering new contract information into the in-house database
- Generating monthly invoicing for service clients
- Managing customer information
- Generating reports for all branches
- Maintenance Agreement documentation management
- Identify and action contract renewals
You will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment where personal time management and an ability to build effective relationships is key. You will be confident at handling complaints and can demonstrate good organisational, administration,and IT skills.
