Job Title: Office Administrator
Due to our continued expansion programme as of 1/11/23, A1 Clutches are looking for detail-oriented and organized Office Administrators to join our friendly team and assist with the development and growth of our branches in Birmingham, Cannock, Derby, and Tipton.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join A1 Clutches, the Midlands leading independent clutch, car servicing, and diagnostic repair centres. - A passion for ensuring customers receive a great end-to-end experience.
- Manage and distribute information within an office.
- Deal with queries from customers and staff.
- Manage office supplies and organize office activities.
- Behave in accordance with our core values and principles, and treat people with respect and courtesy.
- The willingness to constantly learn and be able to improve your own performance.
- Organised in managing various tasks simultaneously, like scheduling, data entry, and administrative support.
- The ability to accurately complete paperwork; i.e., reports, invoices, and other documentation.
- Promote and maintain the Company image.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.
**Salary**: From £26,500 per year, increasing based on experience.

Flexible: Language Requirement: English preferred but not required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.30, Saturday 08.30 - 15.30
Ability to commute/relocate: Cannock WS11 0BD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
Work Location: In person
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage front-office reception and handle all office administration tasks.
- File management and organization according to the internal database system.
- Perform data entry and maintain records.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing needs and queries.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role (Preferred but not required, training provided).
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
