Sales Administrator

**Job brief**
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales Team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the team.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to our high-quality customer service, maintaining our 5-star Trustpilot rating.
**Responsibilities**
- Process Orders via website or phone in a timely manner.
- Taking inbound calls and dealing with customer/Supplier/Courier queries.
- Process Order acknowledgements and invoices accurately from suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Pick and package stock items from our warehouse.
- Book collections and deliveries with our couriers via booking system.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Accepting deliveries, Counting, and confirmation of inventory.
- Checking goods for damage or missing items and storing warehouse products in an organised manner.
- Picking and filling Orders from stock for despatch.
- Packing and shipping Orders; managing, organising, and retrieving stock.
- Assisting with stock taking.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Outlook/Google.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication and a can do attitude.
- Able to work to deadlines, be resilient under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
**Hours**
Monday
- Thursday 09.00 - 17:00 & Friday 09:00-16:00
