**Job Title**: Sales Support and Social Media Administrator
**Location**: Office-based in Cannock, Staffordshire
**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support Tasks**:

- Log enquiries and manage data entry on the APW System efficiently.
- Develop and update detailed Excel spreadsheets.
- Utilise the Glenigan CMD system for comprehensive research to keep key account tenders and secured works up-to-date.
- Facilitate coordination between window manufacturers and NorDan estimators.
- Research and create detailed customer profiles for target accounts, identifying key decision-makers.
- Update data entries and references on the APW System.
- Prepare for projects by assembling laminated packs of drawings.
- Process orders from suppliers through the APW System.
- Plan and coordinate company events, such as client football matches.
- Manage incoming calls and maintain effective communication with suppliers.

**Social Media Duties**:

- Assist in enhancing and maintaining the company’s LinkedIn page, establishing new connections and posting updates.
- Participate in updating and managing the company's website.
- Create effective sales presentations for clients.
- Conduct research on key personnel and forthcoming projects to target potential customers more accurately.
- Provide creative input to broaden and enhance the company’s social media presence.

**Desired Qualities**:
We are seeking a proactive individual skilled in administrative duties and creative social media management. Essential attributes include strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with Excel, and social media management is highly preferred.
