Within this role you will be a Part Time and part of the office team carrying out administrative tasks for a growing organization.

Immediate start available. Hours of work 9:30am-3pm.

**Administration**

We are looking for talented individuals who want to continue a career in administration

- Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel & Word.
- Good telephone skills

- Passion and willingness to learn
- Being proactive and autonomous when required
- Being hard working and resilient
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management and task management skills
- Good computer skills

Duties will include:

- Answering incoming calls to the business
- Filing & organizing administration records.
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- General administration
- Attend to visitors in reception
- Opening of post and distribution along with preparing post for the evening collections

Additional Duties: This list is not exhaustive and the job holder may be asked to perform duties not listed here.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
