ROLE: Sales Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Midas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly growing business, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of orders on a daily basis.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails effectively.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide basic technical advice and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Administrator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Confidence in managing high-volume workloads and working to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of using SAP is advantageous, but full training will be given.

What We Offer:

  • A salary of up to £24,500 DOE.
  • Annual bonus based on individual performance.
  • 2.30pm finish every other Friday.
  • 28 days' annual leave, rising to 33 days with length of service.
  • Christmas shut down.
  • Company pension.
  • Free on-site parking.
