Winsearch is working with a fast-moving Automotive business looking for administrative support on a temporary basis. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity.
Sales Ledger / Accounts Administrator
The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Accounts Department. Experience of working within an Accounts assistant / Sales ledger position is essential.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Processing invoices
Preparing payment runs
Resolving queries
Performing statement reconciliations
Processing expenses
Assisting with intercompany reconciliations
Assisting with stock management
Assisting with month end processes
Education and Experience
Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator supporting an accounts team is essential.
Must have experience of using SAGE 50
Experience of Sales / Purchase Ledger is beneficial.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
