IT Service Delivery Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Veolia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will have experience supporting business-critical SAAS applications and a strong understanding of incident, problem, change and release management processes. They will also possess knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework and excellent stakeholder management skills.
