We are currently looking for experienced Midwife who can assist in the 24/7 coordination of the Maternity Unit and act as a conduit between the clinical area and the maternity Managers an Matrons. The post holder will work as part of a team to ensure patient flow is maintained; identifying and trouble shooting where flow may be obstructed. You will work closely with the Rota Coordinator and the Ward Managers ensuring safe staffing is maintained with elective flows on a daily basis.
