We are looking for an entry-level office coordinator to join our team This person will be the go-to person in the office and enjoy taking on a variety of different tasks.

**Who are we (good question)**:
**Duties may include, but are not limited to**:

- **General Office Support**: Manage phones, organise inboxes, oversee office supplies, coordinate diaries and travel arrangements, handle meeting room logistics, and facilitate office events.
- **Administrative Duties**: Craft job advertisements, format CVs, and serve as an account manager for designated job boards.
- **Onboarding**: Extend a warm welcome to new team members, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports for the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to informed decision-making.
- **Data Protection**: Collaborate with the Data Protection Champion (Global Head of Operations) on proactive data protection initiatives.
