Our busy, niche client based in central Tunbridge Wells are looking for an additional motivated team player to join their small team and take on day-to-day responsibilities of maintaining the membership database, communicating with members, supporting memberevents and expanding their digital communications.

The team are fun, upbeat and no two days will be the same

**Daily tasks**:

- Take ownership of maintaining Membership database and access to benefits
- Process Membership renewals and payments
- On board new members
- Produce information for regular membership reports
- Act as first point of contact for membership enquiries
- Manage member enquiries and ensure they are handled in a timely manner
- Assist in daily management of digital platforms including website and social media
- Contribute and support the delivery of our membership and strategic plans
- Assist in maintaining and reporting KPI's (from the CRM)
- Assist in planning and running both external and internal events (with support)

Full training will be provided on the role and in house CRM system.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and proven customer service and administration abilities, be able to build relationships over the phone with customers, be proactive and motivated by working within a small team which will find you beinginvolved within all aspects of the business. Basic experience with a CRM or similar and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
