We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has excellent communication skills, who also has the ability to work well in a team but equally confident to work effectively on their own in sometimes high-pressured problem-solving situations.

The role would involve a range of tasks but not limited to:

- Working with company directors to set up site as a wedding venue.
- Advertising the wedding venue on various sites, conducting open days and attending wedding fares as nessasary.
- Managing wedding bookings, prices and packages.
- Responding to enquires and managing viewings of the venue.
- Organise staff and coordinate weddings on the day.
- Work with maintainance team to ensure the venue is kept to a high standard.

To be successful for this role:
You must have excellent organisational and strong written and verbal communication skills.

You must have already been a wedding co-ordinator and have excellent knowledge of how a wedding venue is set up and run effectively.

Have a passion for weddings and providing excellent customer service.

You must be computer literate.

Due to venues location own transport is essential.

Please note this role is to include working weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Weddings: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Builth Wells, LD2 3NP
