**About the role**

West Kent Primary Care (WKPC) would like to recruit an enthusiastic Care Coordinator to support Tunbridge Wells Primary Care Network (PCN) with the educational development in their PCN as well as providing signposting support to practices and project work to support PCN development.

West Kent Primary Care will act as employer for this role. We are a collaborative and ambitious GP Federation working with GP practices across Sevenoaks, Weald, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Malling, and Maidstone to improve General Practice provision in the area.
