Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom TN Recruits Full time

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Act as the first point of contact for the Head Teacher
- Diary management, arranging appointments, and managing the Head Teacher's schedule
- Drafting and typing letters, reports, and other documents
- Liaising with staff, parents, and external stakeholders, including local authority and other schools
- Maintaining the school's database, filing systems, and records
- Monitoring staff absences and recording all necessary information
- Administration experience is essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently and use their initiative
- A friendly and approachable manner
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal working hours
Full Time (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM)

**Salary**: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
