Our client, a leading international specialist company, are looking for a motivated and tenacious Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team ASAP

- 12-18 months 360 Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Successful track record of recruiting management at a fast-growing company
- Hands-on experience with relevant social media, conferences, events and recruiting channels
- Good understanding of attraction strategies, EVP and process improvement
- Strong communicator
- Must be local to Tunbridge Wells
- Able to go to London two days a week.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process:

- Offer; delivering and negotiating offers
- Undertake data analysis, looking at attrition, trends to provide insights and feedback to the stakeholders.
- Designing, implementing and delivering resourcing initiatives which align to the people strategy.
- Leverage established networks to drive diverse, ambitious talent to join our team.
Salary & package: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Commission
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday (flexible / hybrid working available)
Location: Tunbridge Wells
