In this responsible role, you’ll take charge of the rostering Carers, Senior Carers, and Field care Supervisor across your community. It’s a logístical puzzle to make sure that our customers get the very best - a familiar face, week in week out, a responsive service that changes with their needs, and a level of care that will not only be rated outstanding by the CQC but by each and every person we support.

Whether you’re supporting our recruiting programmes, setting up new care packages rapidly, delivering weekly rosters we want the very best out of our people’s skills and time or making sure we’re 100% compliant with all legislation, you’ll be key to our success.

What you will need

Experience as a Care Coordinator within in a busy environment as well as a good knowledge of working in an office delivering care, as well as strong IT skills. Full driving licence with a good knowledge of the local area Speldhurst, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells). (Ideally, you’ll also have or be working towards, your Health and Social Care Diploma, level 3). Combining a highly organised, systematic approach, with a knack for problem solving.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
