**JOB ROLE**:PA/Team Admin

**JOB TYPE**:Permanent**
COMPANY**:Accountancy Firm**
HOURS**:9:00am - 5:30pm**
SALARY**:£30,000 - £34,000 *Depending on experience

**START DATE**:ASAP - Willing to wait notice period**
LOCATION**:Heart of London City (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home)**

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Working closely with directors and supporting them with anything they need
- Office administration, producing letters, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes
- Managing diary for directors, arranging meetings and appointments including travel arrangements
- Answering telephones, greeting clients, visitors and providing excellent customers services and professionalism
- Marketing - Supporting with social media, content creation, linked in etc.
- Sales Admin - admin following on from the sales process which another member will conduct, tidying up leads, adding information to spreadsheet etc.
- Submitting presentations and documentations
- Comply with internal office policies and procedures and help improve all internal processes
- Liaising with other staff within the group of companies
- Keen to learn new software's both internal (work management software) and external (bookkeeping/accounting software)
- Acting as the go-to support for the entire team, taking on a variety of different tasks

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Previous experience across Admin, Team assistant and ideally some marketing knowledge
- Important to be competent, capable, and conscientious
- Must be personable, friendly, approachable attitude
- "can do" attitude willing to help no matter what the task
- Confident with PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
- Confident, professional well mannered
- IT literate, knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Personable, friendly, and enthusiastic - personality is key
