Administrative Team Supervisor Pre-surgical

This Band 3 admin position offers a varied work role including the supervision and management of the admin team across the Trust, within the Pre-surgical preparations team.

The base site is Ashford at the William Harvey Hospital. Additional job requirements include being the admin assistant to Matron and the Senior team, clinic maintenance and general reception/ward clerk duties.

Admin. Managing and directing a small admin team across the Trust. Opening clinics and assisting in booking pre-assessment appointments, ordering stationary, requesting medical notes and prepping notes for clinics/procedures.

Working and communicating effectively with all staff members and patients. Confidentiality and Data protection compliant. Taking instruction from Matron and senior staff.

We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 700,000 people.
