**Customer Account Executive**:
- **Wokingham**:
- **Up to £26,000**:

**Responsibilities will include**:
- You will be the point of contact between the business and our customers
- Building relationships with an existing customer base
- Always being proactive; assisting with queries, placing orders, whilst consistently maintaining a strong customer-focus
- Resolving customer queries
- Processing orders/invoices in a timely manner
- Updating the system with price-changes and monitoring the customer database
- Co-ordinating all customer requests
- Being an ambassador of the business
- Upholding the company values at all times.
**Key requirements for this role are**:
- Experience in a similar role
- Be able to demonstrate that you are able to achieve and exceed KPI’s/company targets
- Confidence in presenting new ideas and initiatives
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels - building rapport and growing customer relationships
- To be able to work as a member of the team whilst retaining the ability to work off personal initiative
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Proactive attitude with strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Be willing and able to multitask and assist colleagues where necessary
**What we offer in return**:
- Excellent salary up to £26,000 per annum
