Strategic Account Growth Professional

Holt Executive is a dynamic company that offers a unique opportunity for a Strategic Account Growth Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
You will collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to drive new product development based on customer feedback and market trends. You will also be responsible for achieving specific targets, developing a strong sales pipeline, and providing input for forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key UK and international customers
- Collaborate with engineering to provide market insights and support innovative product development
- Collect and share competitor and market intelligence
- Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
- Experience in customer-facing roles within an engineering environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 37.5-hour work week with early finish on Fridays
- Hybrid working and flexible arrangements

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
