**Key Responsibilities**:

**As a Customer Account Specialist, your typical day may include**:
- Creation and maintenance of Customer Accounts across the EMEA region. Establishing robust processes for account changes in order to improve accuracy and minimise complaints.
- Documenting all processes relating to customer account changes including market requirements. Driving compliance across the region in order to minimise risk to the business
- Improving the relationships and knowledge of business processes between customer supports and the local sales and marketing department
- Driving process improvements for New Accounts to ensure we maximise sales potential from the start

**Experience and Skills**:

**You will also have**:
- Have experience in Master Data (preferable SAP)
- Analytics skills and working with Excel formulas
- Power Apps knowledge will be an advantage
- The ability to work effectively within a high pace environment
- Attention to details
- High degree of compliance focus
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
