**Totally Recruitment Ltd are seeking an Operations and Administration Executive on behalf of a well-established Indian property law firm based in Stanmore, London.
As an Operations and Administration Executive your main responsibilities will include**:

- To handle day-to-day office administrations and operations with a focus on efficiency & time management.
- Reporting back to the relevant departments in HQ on all administrative/operational matters.
- Support the Business Development Manager in the Business Development effort, by being the interface between HQ, Legal support teams and other job functions, enabling the Business Development Manager to drive client engagement, client acquisition and clientretention.
- Ensuring all client briefs and proposals presented are best in class.
- Tracking and maintaining every client’s engagement history including all supporting documentation and filing.
- Keep the office running smoothly.
- Maintaining the calendars and schedules for several departments.
- General office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, and keeping records
- Maintain day to day client interactions, ensuring that client expectations are met.

**Skills Required**:

- Highly organised and efficient
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous administration experience within a law firm would be an advantage
- Live local to the Stanmore area / able to commute

**Working Hours**:
Full time / Permanent role;Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30pm
