Role Overview:
This role reports directly in to the Chief Pricing Officer and is part of the Client Relationship Management team. The individual will work closely with colleagues in those teams, and also with the senior management team. The role requires the ability to maintain a regular and constructive dialogue with clients, as well as solid analytical skills and astute commercial acumen.

Role Responsibilities:
- Be the key contact person for any negotiation of brokerage rates and strategic brokerage deals in EMEA. Ensure the negotiations are well coordinated between regions, brands and business lines.- Assist in the negotiations in APAC and AMER when additional support is needed.- Coordinate with global counterparts in AMER and APAC and in other divisions to ensure synchronized approach to clients.- Be a project leader on price increases working in close collaboration with SMDs and pricing managers to ensure execution of the price increase strategy.- Propose innovative solutions to reach a better outcome in the negotiations and support the evolution of the business.- Perform ad hoc analysis to assess the impacts of any change of brokerage rates. Contribute to the improvement of the existing analytical models used by the team to review each business case.- Conduct market analysis on industry trends and regulations.- Contribute as a key stakeholder in the brokerage process “front to back” in EMEA and work in close collaboration with Operations, IT, Finance, Compliance to strengthen processes.- Maintain TP ICAP venue rate cards in Europe for Global Broking and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, working with partners in regional venue Compliance as required.- Represent TPICAP in client calls, working with partners in the CRM team and senior management where required as part of broader strategic client discussions.- As an SME, be a key driver and stakeholder in any project related to pricing, including the topic of brokerage across the Group.- Work in close collaboration with the Operations teams
- _ (Brokerage and Accounts Receivable and Give-up teams),_ ensuring proper approval of all brokerage rates.- Assist with escalation with clients on matters related to brokerage and debt, if needed.

Experience / Competencies:
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in a business-related field- Prior work experience, preferably in the sales & trading division of a financial services institution- Knowledge of the financial markets and of the products offered by TP ICAP including interest rate derivatives, FX, fixed income, equities, energy and commodities products- Strong mathematical, writing, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with high level of attention to detail and proficiency in both Excel and Powerpoint, including manipulation of large data sets.
- Python / Docker skills a plus- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including experience communicating with both external clients and upper-level management- Commercial background including negotiation and/or buying skills- Ability to collaborate effectively with others in high-pressure situations as well as work independently in absence of daily supervision
