We’re looking for Digital Services Member Consultant to join our team.

We're offering a competitive salary based on your customer service experience. This role is working hybrid 2 days a week in Office, full time, 35 hours per week, between 6am - 10pm, with shifts rotated weekly working 5 days out of 7.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Digital Services Member Consultant, you’ll be responding to multiple members concurrently online through messaging, as part of our friendly team.

This allows us to offer a quick, yet effective service. This team receives enquiries for lots of different reasons. Members may want to discuss their financial options, discuss complex cases, or enquire about internet banking.

As the first point of contact for our members, you'll adapt your communication style as necessary, while exceeding member expectations and delivering a personable and knowledgeable service - but don’t worry you will be trained and have the ability to best support our members.

You will be base in the Northampton area to work hybrid, between 6am - 10pm. Shifts will be rotated on a weekly basis working 5 days out of 7. When you do work a weekend shift you’ll only work a Saturday or Sunday, not both. You’ll have clear weekends off at times and schedules will be provided 6 weeks in advance.

**About you**

If you’ve got a customer service background in retail, or a contact centre and have any of the below skills - the Digital Services Customer Consultant may be suitable for you.
- Confident Communicator who can build rapport with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent IT skills - Navigating around a PC/Laptop to capture member’s information
- Being agile within a fast-paced environment
- Committed and willing to take ownership of your own personal development

We will provide equipment to support you working from home and we do ask you have secure, safe area in which you can work in if you are home based with Reliable WiFi
