**Wanted - Customer Service Advisors Temp to Perm role £21,313 per annum**

**The Best Connection **are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors in collaboration with well establish healthcare company, working in their brand new site. Easily accessible by public transport. Onsite Parking available.

The role of Patient Services Advisor is to handle all incoming calls to the contact centre. To collect and record all appropriate information, direct callers to the most appropriate colleague or department, and offer advice that is relevant and helpful to our client base.

**Responsibilities**
- To be the first point of contact for the patient or carer/relative
- Respond to incoming telephone calls as necessary.
- To search computerised patient records, checking patient details and amending when required

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Self-motivated and focused on achieving excellence in patient/customer care
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer literate and willing to learn in-house systems
- Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and professional judgement

**Hours and Pay**
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5.30pm
- £10.92 per hour
- 1 in every 5 Saturdays
