As a Customer Advisor, your role is pivotal in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Let’s delve into the key responsibilities you’ll handle:
Ownership and Problem-Solving: Each customer interaction becomes your responsibility. You’ll take ownership of their situation. By asking relevant questions and actively listening, you’ll find solutions that leave customers feeling understood and supported.

Exceptional Service Delivery: We don’t settle for mediocrity. Your mission is to ensure exceptional service. Whether it’s a simple inquiry or a complex issue, your goal is to exceed customer expectations.

Flexible Shifts: You’ll work 36 hours a week, following a shift pattern that varies from month to month. Our team will discuss available shifts with you after you apply.

Assessment Centre and Team Interaction: Participate in our assessment centre, where you’ll meet colleagues and experience our Swindon office. It’s an opportunity to contribute to our customer-centric approach.

We have two start dates for the Customer Service Advisor role either Monday 8th April 2024 or Tuesday 7th May 2024.

- Active Listening Skills: Effective communication begins with listening. As a Customer Advisor, you’ll actively listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Understanding their needs allows you to provide tailored solutions.
