Peoplel Solutions are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors with IT/ Technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills to work with our client who is based in the Dorcan area of Swindon.
This is an ongoing temporary role, with the potential to become permanent for the right individual.
The role will involve providing 1st line support for our clients customers in the US and Australia.
Working days and shift times:
Any 4/5 shifts out of 7 nights (average 37.5 hours per week). This is a Night Shift and you will be working between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
Pay rate:
£11.43 per hour
Day to Day Duties
As a Night Shift Customer Service Advisor you will:
Primarily be focused around first line support; managing technical queries, escalation/complaints for US/AU supported countries
Providing 1st line support on products including PC’s, laptops, tablets, mobile phones and other household products.
Essential Skills
As a Night Shift Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Excellent customer service approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain IT solutions
Good IT / Technical knowledge
Ability to work efficiently and effectively
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet scheduled work deadlines
Desirable Experience
Experience in a Customer Service Role will be beneficial.
