We have 2 new roles available in our eRostering team - 1 permanent and 1 fixed term/secondment for 6 months - this is a fantastic opportunity to join the eSystems team within the People Directorate and make a positive impact on our Health Board.

These roles involve maintaining the rostering system, training staff, and improving efficiency. You will be expected to support our managers to effectively use our eSystems to maximise our potential. You will use your knowledge, skill, and experience to develop positive and creative solutions and plans that help build the best possible rostering and eSystems available to the Health Board. We are looking for enthusiastic people, focussed on delivering fantastic service and excellent eSystems to our staff and organisation. We are looking for a desire to drive excellence and continuous improvement in line with our values and behaviours.

You don’t need to be an expert in the use of our rostering, job planning or other systems - training will be provided.
- The post holder will assist the eRostering Manager in the implementation of eJob Planning and eRostering to ensure it meets the needs of the organisation for all Health Board staff.
- The post holder will facilitate, train, coach, support users of the system, and provide support on best practice to ensure optimal results are achieved.
- The post holder will be flexible to support the implementation of e-system projects across the UHB.
- Provide regular and timely compliance reports and metrics to improve directorate, division and organisation business intelligence, also to provide greater visibility throughout the organisation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
