Rushmoor Homes Limited was established by the council in 2020 to provide good quality homes for rent in the borough.
We are looking for someone to join our small, friendly team who can bring a can-do attitude and great administrative skills to help us with day-to-day running of the business.
The key tasks and responsibilities of the Business Support Officer:
- Ensuring general record keeping is up to date.
- Arranges company meetings; weekly team, monthly board and others as required.
- Supports the Business Manager with the production of monthly reporting information and issuing Board meeting papers to Board Members.
- Carries out some financial administration tasks. i.e., raising purchase orders and issuing invoices
- Deals with enquiries on billing payments.
- Assists the Business Manager with day-to-day queries and requests from the company’s managing agent on tenancy and repairs issues.
- Keeps the website up to date and assists with other promotional activities
Interviews will take place on Monday 3rd June 2024
