Business Support Executive

**The Role**
Farnborough International is looking to strengthen its world class team by recruiting a Business Support Executive on part time hours (22.5 hours per week).
With new exciting opportunities on the horizon and the business expanding fast, Farnborough International are looking for a driven, proactive and exceedingly well organised Business Support Executive to provide high-level administrative support to the Venue Director, Assistant Venue Director and Team.
No budget responsibility but an awareness of costs/spend in relation to the budget is expected.
The role directly reports to the Venue Director.
**The Skills & Competencies**
- Integrity and discretion are essential
- Confident and out-going, with ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- A high standard of personal presentation and capacity to dress appropriately for every occasion
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are essential
- Ability to communicate across a diverse demographic both internally and externally
- Experience of compiling presentations through a variety of mediums including PowerPoint etc
- High attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload, whilst performing effectively under pressure
- Capable of collaborating with colleagues and delegating tasks as and when appropriate.
- Senior office administrative skills
- Ability to draft documents from own knowledge or note-form and verbal outlines
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibility as and when required.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability and flexibility to travel overseas as and when required
**The Contract & Benefits**
Salary; £21,000 per annum for 22.5 hours per week (£35,000 Full Time Equivalent)
Contract; Permanent, parttime role, 22.5hours per week
