**Job Role**
- As part of our office team you will assist with the general administration for the company, answering phones, opening post, keeping accurate records for vehicles and health & safety, dealing with clients and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Assist with the ordering of supplies for both office and yard
- Updating social media and websites always ensuring a prominent presence
- Communicate and liaise with clients to convert their ideas to successful projects
- Manage day to day administration of vehicles ensuring service schedules are met, and insured
- Updating job files including site documents and relevant health & safety information

- Well organised, with the ability to prioritise your workload
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Your own transport is required due to our location not being on a public transport route.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
