Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports
- Maintain centre cleanliness and organization

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
