**Salary**:£22,000.00 **+ **Monthly Bonus = £24,000.00 OTE**

LCL Awards is one of the Building Services Engineering (BSE) sectors foremost Certification Bodies, offering qualifications via a network of approximately 200 approved centres located nationwide.

**Requirements**:

- Accurate and methodical approach with attention to detail
- Accurate and fast keyboard input skills
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy
- Able to work to deadlines and meet LCL Awards standards of service
- Good telephone mannerism and customer service skills
- Able to work well within a small team
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Support the administration team with general administration tasks including photo copying, faxing and filing.
- Dealing with post - Opening, pending, logging and franking post.
- Complete end of month tasks - Scanning and organizing boxed data in alphabetical order and ensuring accurate counts recorded.
- Certificates - Packing certificates up and allocating barcodes to each portfolio accurately.
- Scanning and saving data/photos
- Registrations on in house systems e.g. Parnassus
- Answer inbound calls from customers, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times and distributing to correct departments.
- Maintain and input learners’ details and achievements into internal certification management systems and external databases of certificated operatives.
- Maintain secure storage/archiving and disposal of learners paperwork
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Administrator, Administration Manager, Operations Manager and Operations Director
- Logging of all incoming qualification portfolios from approved centres
- Document review of learners qualification and assessment documentation from approved centres and ensure it meets LCL Awards requirements
