Facilities Co-ordinator

Prestigious investment House seek an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Shared Mailbox Management
- Document Support - New Processes Documentation
- PO Support
- MACS - Moves and Changes. Including New Starters, Transfers, Leavers
- Intachanges Completion
- Assisting Office Management and Facilities Operations
- Overflow support for Facilities Team
- Coordination of Stationary, Pantry Supplies with BH reception team, associated budget management
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES (e. g. shifts, travel overseas, hours):
Standard hours will be 800am to 600pm with other such hours as are necessary to fulfil the role, some flexibility required. Responsibilities for the job include supporting the existing system, which is done on a rota basis. Must be flexible enough to accommodateliaison with overseas offices.
PERSON SPECIFICATION WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
Previous experience working for a financial institution desirable but not essential
IWFM membership desirable but not essential
