**Main duties**:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

**The Role**:

- To process returns and refunds
- To assist with the preparation of documents and reports
- To monitor delivery and tracking information and keep the customer informed
- To assist with processing orders in the system

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate

**SALARY**

**Up to £25,000 p.a.**
