Assistant to Company Directors

We are a large property company based in Luton providing housing to local authorities across London and the home counties. Due to our continued expansion, we have an opportunity for an admin assistant to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. You will ideally have 12-18 months of administration experience having worked in an office environment. The role is varied and very fast-paced. Your duties would include and not be limited to
- Good organisational skills for tasks such as filing and scheduling
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work without immediate supervision.
- A good level of IT proficiency and a basic understanding of technology.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal staff.
- Support the full recruitment cycle for our operations team.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office DropBox, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Answering and re-directing incoming telephone calls where necessary, in a professional manner.
- undertake all other admin responsibilities, duties or projects as directed by the senior management team
- the best interests of the company are always met.
- Other Ad Hoc duties when required
You will be articulate and confident
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be great at multi-tasking and very organised
Be a self-starter who can prioritise their workload accordingly
Have good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate.
Full training will be provided
Salary £15-17k Depending on Experience
