**Personal Assistant - 3 month contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid**
**What you will be doing**:
- Organise and maintain diaries, and liaise with the Director on a regular basis
- Coordinating meeting logistics (venues/facilities, attendees)
- Managing expenses and ensuring allocated against the correct budget, support with budget reporting
- Drafting key business communications on behalf of the Director
- Answering calls and handling queries, meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintain general administrative records
**What they are looking for**
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting at an Executive level
- Excellent administration skills
- Previous diary management experience
- Good communication & team working skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £150.00-£170.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Luton, LU1 1DF
