**The Role of the Operations Administrator**:
Joining as an Operations Administrator, you will be joining an existing, friendly team, working within the finance department. You will be expected to review the reports and works carried out by a team of field-based technicians, looking for discrepanciesand amending as necessary. You'll also assist in raising invoices and amended estimates. You will be liaising with the field technicians with further questions. The overall purpose of the role is to ensure that all costs are correctly accounted for so correctinvoices can be raised. It is a Mon-Fri role between the hours of 8am-4:15pm, working 37.5 hours per week. After a 6-month probationary period, there will be opportunity for hybrid working.
In this role, you will be joining an existing team of invoice administrators. You'll need to be organised, us your initiative, and a problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude. You also need to be able to keep level-headed and calm in stressful situations.No prior finance experience is needed.
- Experience working in an office environment is preferable but not essential
- Data entry skills and an eye for detail.
- Customer focussed, friendly and approachable
- Organised and patient
- GCSE passes in Maths & English
- Familiar with computers and Office packages
- Able to access the Huntingdon office daily for first 6 months (Hybrid working options after this)

- £20,00 - £23,000 basic salary
