Job Title: Sales / Operations Admin Support
Location: Huntingdon Office - Ermine Business Park
Company: Lawcost Legal (on behalf of one of our clients)
We are recruiting for one of our customers.
They are looking for an individual to be a key player in a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace. Our client is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join them in the role of Sales / Operations Admin Support in their Huntingdon offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison and Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for their Sales and Operations Teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Client Engagement: Play a crucial role in coordinating with their customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their services align with their expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with their customers.
Data Management: Keep their CRM system (ZOHO) up-to-date by accurately inputting and maintaining customer information, sales data, and other relevant records. (training will be provided).
Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the smooth operation of the business by supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient.
Business Growth: Take an active role in the expansion of their business. Contribute ideas and efforts to improve operational processes, making a significant impact on their growth trajectory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support or operations role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably ZOHO.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive mindset with the willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
