**Job Summary**

Spirotech Group Ltd have created a new exciting position within our growing business. We are looking for an experience sales administrator that can demonstrate a successful, stable track record and also enjoys a varied work pattern

Your role will include assisting in varied day-to-day processes to ensure smooth running of the business, from all aspects and full training will be provided.

The role is outlined below but as this is a new position it is open to change dependant upon the business requirements:

- Review and process sales orders and load onto online systems.
- Act as first point of contact for all visitors on site
- Monitoring of shared mailbox for the Sales Team.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for the sale department
- Maintain quoting system
- Organise Team/ Customer Meetings as appropriate
- Scanning and Maintaining of Archive systems
- Assist with Customer billing and related queries
- Assist with the chasing of debts including liaising with the finance team
- Holiday cover for the Purchasing/ Sales departments
- General admin responsibilities to support Sales, Purchasing and Finance Teams

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Huntingdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
