Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Financial Controller to work alongside the existing Finance Director to support our head office finance team located in our centrally located offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

We are poised for further growth and are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team. Key elements of the role include:

- Working with Credit Manager to oversee Credit Control
- Managing the large weekly payroll department, where we payroll over 4000 workers
- Performance monitoring and revenue analysis.
- Working with the team to prepare weekly and monthly accounts
- Support the year end and audit process
- Providing business support to a variety of business units, including analysis and advice on financial strategy
- Reviewing work of more junior colleagues
- Dealing with bankers, customers and suppliers where necessary
- Providing ongoing training, support and motivation to the finance team.
- Adhoc duties to support the team/business
