The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre provides administrative and transactional services to in-scope Heidelberg Materials Companies and Business Lines. The International Business Centre incorporates departments which provides **Accounts Payable,** **Central Purchasing**, and **Master Data** services to other group countries. This Facilities Administrator role will sit within our Workplace & Employee Experience Team, this team provide a range of support to teams on site, including recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, community engagement and any facility related issues. In addition, they provide senior management PA support and manage VIP meetings and visits.

**Responsibilities of this role**
- Ensuring that day to day facilities tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Ensuring meeting rooms and office facilities are well maintained. Where issues are identified, resolving them where possible, or reporting to the relevant people
- Managing new workstation set up, and changes, where required
- Monitoring, ordering and distributing consumable stock and equipment
- Proactive in identifying and reporting site health and safety risks
- Reception cover duty
- Accurately working with Service Levels Agreements (SLA’s) on a ‘right first time” basis.
- Ensuring compliance with all appropriate processes and controls
- Ensuring personal targets are met on a continuous basis, and escalating any issues or hurdles immediately for support.
- Working as part of a team to deliver overall targets, providing support to others where needed.
- Providing excellent customer service where required (internally and externally)
- Ensuring effective escalation for non-standard requests or issues.
- To work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Positively support a team and department in change and innovation.
- Any other task requested by your team lead or any BSC manager.

**Skills / Experience**
- Fluent English language - written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills - with the drive and flexibility to support others.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience in a facilities related role
