**Administrator**

The Administrative Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. This position will support the Director of Operations and the Director of Patient Care Services. The Administrative Administrator will manage the day-to-day office operations and will be responsible for assisting with patient care and office Dental appointments.

**Essential Functions**:

- Greet patients and check patients in/out
- Answer all incoming calls
- Schedule patient care appointments
- Verify insurance benefits
- Collect copays and past due balances from patients by collecting cash, checks, or credit card payments
- Collect payments from patients using a credit card or cash in person at the office
- Answering phones in a professional manner, while handling multiple calls at once with ease
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
- Check patient out of practice facility and/or patient account statements using Patient Account Management software (PAM)
- Enter new patients into practice management software system for initial review and processing
- Perform routine maintenance on practice facilities (e.g., painting, cleaning, masonry, etc.)and perform minor repairs on equipment (e.g., door handles, keyboards, etc.)as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, phones, etc.)and perform minor repairs on facility (e.g., paint sprayers, door handles, etc.)as needed
- Perform routine clerical duties such as filing documents and performing other administrative tasks such as answering phones to ensure that patients can schedule their appointments in a timely manner for optimal patient care and efficiency of the practice management software system
- Assist with patient care by scheduling patient appointments; maintaining accurate appointment calendars for both new and existing patients; updating existing patient records in EHR system; scheduling follow up appointments; answering any patient questions regarding scheduled appointments; scheduling follow up appointments; faxing documents; faxing correspondence; filing documents in appropriate locations; answering general office questions from patients; ordering supplies; ordering supplies as needed to meet company needs; maintaining contact lists for both current and existing patients; assisting with marketing efforts as needed by company policy.

The employee must be able to use a computer and perform other functions such as writing, speaking, listening, reading, comprehending, filling out paperwork forms, etc. The employee must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
