Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an **Academy Administrator Apprentice** on a temporary basis (_fixed term for 2 years_) at our **South East London **office.

**A bit about the role**:
As the **Academy Administrator Apprentice,** you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of an exceptional experience to all our customers, both internal and external.

Working closely with Academy colleagues and reporting to the Quality & Academic Standards Lead, you will be involved in various aspects of the Academy's operations, managing administration, providing service support, handling invoice management, and offering general information.

**What training will you undertake and what will you receive in the end**:
You will complete a variety of induction training to settle you in and then begin your **Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship**. If there is a need for you to complete English and/or maths at Level 2 Functional Skills, this will form part of your apprenticeship programme.
- Some of the key results for the role include:

- You will provide outstanding service to all our customers, internal and external, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- You will have an in-depth understanding of the Academy's product offers, purpose, and achievements. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate and valuable information and advice to internal stakeholders.
- Promptly responding to training queries from both internal and external customers, you will showcase exceptional customer service and efficiently address their needs.
- Collaborating with the team, you will assist in the preparation and setup of both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
- Taking shared responsibility for the day-to-day administration of learning activities and initiatives across the organization, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our operations.
- You will collate and record evaluation forms from training sessions, providing valuable insights for future analysis and improvements by the team.
- Scheduling and booking training, focus groups, and workshops involving multiple stakeholders will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- You will oversee the escalation of learning requests within the team and track learning agreements between colleagues and the Academy, ensuring timely responses and smooth workflows.
