The role of the Academy Administrator is to run the day-to-day administration of the BRCGS Academy by supporting with a series of administrative tasks as well as ensuring excellent customer support is provided.

The role also includes use of the Customer Relationship Management systems. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of course and programme enrolments, course and programme completions, exam administration, invoicing, updating customer training records and the creation of training courses in the LMS.

The role includes working with and supporting all members of the Academy under the direction of the BRCGS Academy Training Manager to support the strategic aims of the department and wider business.

This is a hybrid role, travel may be required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor the Academy inboxes to provide 1st line support to our customers.
- Support the Training Manager with both in-house and public schedule.
- Support the Training Manager with the set up, monitor and report of all academy courses on BRCGS Educate.
- Support approved training partners and delegates with queries regarding the Learning Management System.
- Manage and support the grading of assignments in the Learning Management System.
- Develop customer relations and assess possible areas of improvement.
- Handle incoming phone enquiries.
- Support the Training Manager and wider Academy team with customer orders and Purchase requisitions as required.
- Support the Training Manager with ATP/Consultant Scheme Applications
- Support the wider academy with the Jira ticketing system for the LMS.
- Ensure procedures and documentation related to the department are kept up to date and relevant by monitoring Academy’s quality index.
- Assist with compliance checks for approved training partners and training as and when required.
- Assist the wider Academy team as required.

**Qualifications**
- Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills - experience of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook essential.
- Able to demonstrate excellent organisation, administration, and time management skills.
- Highly accurate with close attention to detail
- Able to work within tight deadlines and manage own time/workload appropriately.
- Able to demonstrate experience of working with a varied and changeable workload.
- Adaptable and flexible, showing willingness to learn.
- Able to demonstrate a confident and proactive approach to work.
- A trusted and pro-active team player, supporting team colleagues in driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience in administration support desirable
- Able to demonstrate knowledge or experience of working with LXP’s, LMS and other relevant learning solutions (desirable not essential)
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of a 2nd language, preferably Spanish (desirable not essential)
