Front of House Administrator
**Purpose of Job**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- To answer all calls in a timely manner and route calls using the system speedily and accurately to the desired recipient.
- Taking and forwarding messages to ensure call backs.
- To manage a holiday diary to ensure that calls are redirected accordingly.
- To professionally and warmly welcome visitors into the DW Windsor building ensuring the visitors book is completed and contacting the person with whom the guest is visiting and if any delay is to occur provide refreshments.
- To receive in all post, to open all inbound posts with the exception of items marked private and confidential, to sort and distribute to each department.
- To dispatch all outbound post using the correct format and the most efficient manner to post.
- To maintain a high level of tidiness in the reception, guests and post room areas ensuring that any promotional material or news items on display are up to date.
- Take credit card payments for small number of sales orders.
- Undertake additional tasks duties and assignments as may be required from time to time as directed by the customer service manager or sales director.
**You will have - experience and skills**:
- Good basic IT knowledge.
- Previous administration experience is ideal.
- Experience using SalesForce or a similar CRM is ideal.
**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
