Office Administrator

PSV Transport Systems Ltd are a parts and service provider to the Bus and Coach industry. You will be working as part of an expanding purchasing team. On the job training will be provided and you will have the opportunity to develop as part of the team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- To work closely with the Purchasing department team
- Process Purchase Orders
- To ensure that Purchase orders sent are acknowledged by suppliers
- Updating and expediting the confirmation and delivery of Purchase Orders
- Monitor, report and control stock levels
- Expedite internal stock requirements to ensure supply chain continuity for parts manufactured in house
- Expedite Customer Orders
- Calling suppliers for quotes
- Arrange Supplier returns and track status of replacements/credits
- Answer incoming calls from suppliers
**Essential Skills/Requirements**:
- Reliable, dependable and able to follow instructions
- Experience using Excel spreadsheets and looking at data
- Intuitive and able to problem solve
- A good work ethic
- Able to work in a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £23,500.00 per year
