We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our office in Hoddesdon.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
- Inbound/outbound phone calls, handling queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Update and maintain electronic databases and computer files, keeping accurate records.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Organise and schedule appointments.
- Ensure that systems are updated within prescribed timescales, data is managed and analysed in a timely and accurate manner and documentation is collated and submitted as required.
- Liaise with senior managers to handle requests and queries.
- Adhoc administration duties as required and directed by higher management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen to develop own profile and grow within the company by finding opportunities to progress.

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
