**PSV Transport Systems Ltd **are a parts and service provider to the bus and coach industry. A new opportunity has arisen to provide support to the Accounts and HR department. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our accounts team as an administrator. This permanent and office-based role is based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

The role and duties include, but are not limited to:

- Purchase ledger - reconciling supplier statements, requesting copy invoices where required, inputting supplier invoices onto accounting software, scanning supplier invoices for archive;
- General administration - assisting with reception duties such as phone and visitors, collecting and distributing paperwork, laminating/shredding/filing, handling HR correspondence including timesheets, absence and holiday forms, managing filing systems, supplies and equipment.

**Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to engage in all aspects of office administration
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly outlook, excel and word
- Basic knowledge of Sage preferred but training will be given

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
